Born form years of hands on sales, leadership, and system building experience, Stratton Forge helps small businesses build real strategy - Not just marketing noise.
Stratton Forge was born out of frustration with the way most small businesses are told to grow: a pile of disconnected tactics, scattered strategies, and endless busywork that rarely leads anywhere.
After years spent in high volume sales, building and leading teams, and watching great businesses stall because they lacked a real plan, we kept seeing the same pattern. People weren’t failing because they didn’t work hard. They were failing because they didn’t have clarity.
Stratton Forge exists to change that. We don’t hand you templates or one size fits all advice. We build systems that connect the dots between your vision and your results. What started as a belief that small businesses deserve better has become a mission to give founders the same level of strategy and structure that big companies use to scale, without the agency fluff.

The Human Behind The Forge
I was born in Oklahoma and grew up in Wisconsin, where hard work, grit, and showing up every day were just part of life. I spent much of my childhood competing in sports like hockey and football, which taught me discipline, teamwork, and how to push through challenges. Music was another big part of who I was, and learning to create and perform helped me understand how creativity connects people.

My career started in sales, and I learned fast by working in some of the toughest environments. I sold phones in retail, offered services door to door, and handled business-to-business deals. Each role sharpened my ability to listen, solve problems, and build trust quickly. Eventually, I moved into leadership, training and building sales teams from the ground up.

Over time, I realized most businesses weren’t failing because they didn’t work hard. They were failing because they lacked clarity, systems, and strategy. That belief became the foundation for Stratton Forge. Today, I help businesses cut through the noise, focus on what matters, and build the systems they need to scale.
